I recognized a Western Digital external hard drive (I think it's My Book Essential 2.0) and is no longer on my computer or a computer from my wife. The website says that Western Digital Windows driver used for poerate L Who knows what I need for this particular driver deveice to work again? I also wanted to know if there a way to restore data if the device has been damaged.
